Leslie Zeidel holds a Master's Degree from Columbia University. She founded InSpeech in 1978, giving revolutionary models in the way that speech therapy is provided to institutions. Her philosophy is, "To have a part, To speak directly from the heart, a city in mind... To Give, Take, and Live."

Leslie brought many of her most poignant experiences into Come With Me on the Yellow Brick Road, including building her company and going public less than a decade after starting. From exposure to the Yellow Brick Road at the Children's Hospital in Boston, she learned to turn fear into energy and put one foot in front of the other on her road to victory.
