Life can certainly get complicated and jumbled in our heads. The best approach is always to focus on the positives and realize things are in constant motion and will change regularly. I wrote this book to lightheartedly touch on things that happen in everyone's life in the hope that by breaking things down and promoting the positive approach it will help lighten your mood with a laugh and help you figure things out so you can be your best self.

I wanted to share some lessons I have learned along the way, some more than a few times. It is my hope to get the conversations started so that early on you can discover who you are and what your true ambitions and dreams are.
